This week, Toronto Public Health issued 15 conditional passes to food establishments for crucial and significant Food Premises Regulation infractions.
One or more such infractions were observed at each noted establishment during inspections between Wednesday, June 19 and Tuesday, June 25.
Food establishments in this report include restaurants, a community kitchen meal program, a beverage room and a takeout food location.CONDITIONAL PASS

A conditional pass was issued after the following Food Premises Regulation infractions were observed during an inspection June 20.- Fail to ensure equipment surface cleaned as necessary
- Use handwashing station other than for handwashing of employees

A conditional pass was issued after the following Food Premises Regulation infractions were observed during an inspection June 21.- Operate food premise – mechanical equipment not constructed to maintain wash water between 60°C and 71°C

- Fail to protect against harbouring of pests
