The Challenge

In 2017, a theological school approached us with a pressing need: they were growing and required a comprehensive digital system to manage all aspects of school life.

At the time, their operations, from class scheduling to dormitory assignments, were managed through spreadsheets, manual processes, and disconnected tools. This created inefficiencies for administrators, teachers, and students alike.

While the main problem at the time was inefficiency, the underlying pressure was growth. They needed a system capable of managing their current needs while providing a stable foundation to scale student enrollment and campus facilities.

The leadership’s goal was clear: they needed a Learning and Life Management System (LLMS) that could unify academic, residential, and administrative functions into one reliable platform.

The system was designed to be simple, stable, and scalable, prioritizing usability over
complexity so that staff could adopt it seamlessly.

Since the LLMS became the daily backbone of the school, it has supported an exponential
increase in enrollment, growing the school from 16 students to 80 students within four

years. The application remains in active use eight years later, continuing to manage both
academic and dormitory operations without interruption.
