Case Study: PricePro
Designed by Apparel Warehouse Operators, Built for Apparel Growth
The Challenge
Running an apparel warehouse is a high-stakes balancing act. With thousands of SKUs, constant size and color variations, seasonal demand spikes, and customer expectations for speed and accuracy, even minor errors create expensive consequences.
When we were scaling our own apparel store on Amazon, these challenges hit hard. After policy changes forced us to switch from FBA to FBM, errors multiplied:
- Orders went missing or were mislabeled.
- Pallets were shipped incorrectly.
- Inventory visibility was unreliable.
- Returns piled up, customers grew frustrated, and negative reviews mounted
At peak, we could barely manage 200 orders per day, and that too with a 20% error rate. The cost of wasted time, lost inventory, and damaged reputation was unsustainable.
The reality was apparent: existing WMS platforms weren’t built for the unique demands of the apparel and footwear industries. They were generic, overcomplicated, and expensive. Apparel warehouses needed something different. They needed a system tailored specifically to their needs.
The Solution
Stacket WMS
We developed Stacket WMS out of necessity to solve our own warehouse problems first. This project demonstrates our deep commitment to translating first-hand operational knowledge into robust, industry-specific custom software. We then evolved it into a market-ready platform to serve others facing the same pain.
Stacket WMS delivers the four pillars apparel warehouses actually need:
Warehouse Management (WMS
Warehouse Execution (WES)
Inventory Management (IMS
Order Management (OMS)
Unlike “big box” WMS solutions, Stacket is:
Simpler to use →
More affordable →
Faster to onboard →
Built for Apparel & Footwear →
The Results
In our own warehouse, Stacket transformed operations
- Increased capacity from 200 to 1,200 orders per day.
- Cut error rates from 20% to less than 2% (98.98% accuracy).
- Enabled scaling across 100+ SKUs daily with confidence.
- Freed time and labor to take on double the workload
Pilot clients have experienced similar improvements, demonstrating that Stacket is more than theory, as it’s currently implemented in real-world apparel warehouses
The Relationship & Market Opportunity
Stacket began as an internal tool but quickly evolved into a market-ready platform. The opportunity is massive: apparel and footwear warehouses are underserved by generic WMS platforms that don’t understand their pain points.
What Stacket offers is rare but straightforward: a system built by apparel warehouse operators, for apparel warehouse operators. It turns SKU chaos into clarity, while giving SMBs access to tools once reserved for enterprise players.
This entire scalable SaaS product was conceived and developed in-house, showcasing our ability to deliver comprehensive, market-validated platforms.
Why It Matters
The apparel industry is one of the fastest-moving verticals in logistics. Errors means wasted dollars, lost customers, and missed growth opportunities.
Stacket WMS proves that technology born from lived experience can solve real-world problems. It’s a blueprint for how apparel warehouses can scale with speed, accuracy, and confidence.
One-Sentence Summary
We built Stacket WMS to help apparel warehouses scale with confidence, increasing throughput 6x and reducing errors tenfold by uniting WMS, WES, IMS, and OMS in one intuitive platform.
